This is my favorite collection of baby blankets! I have made several of the patterns (my favorite is Heirloom Lace) and they have all turned out beautifully. No one can believe that I made them! The blankets themselves are actually pretty easy but the edgings can be a bit tricky. You really do have to pay attention to the directions. The worst mistakes I have made with this book have happened when I assumed I knew what was coming next and I just failed to read every single word in the pattern. I have found it easiest to write out each row of the edging instructions on a separate piece of paper and follow it line by line--much easier to follow. Beautiful blankets or the seven shown in front and back but at least with the kindle part there were no pictures with the patterns. So I couldn’t tell which pattern went to what.
